Grove-Tek is small family owned business, that was started in early 1997 as the result of the closing of EMI Inc. Grove-Tek was started by Grover Nichols to provide customers with a competitive alternative for audiometric sales and services. At the time of EMI Inc. closing, Grover was the lead service technician with 22 years of experience at that point and he now has 42 years of experience as of 2017 in the field of audiometric sales and services.​
